Mount Rainier Fire Lookout Hiking Elopement

One of the best Mount Rainier elopement locations is hands down the fire lookouts! The hikes are usually a bit challenging with steep elevation gains, but the views are always 100% worth it… I think these two will agree!

We started their full day adventure with a hike to a small lake in the Mount Rainier area. You would not believe how gosh darn cute their first look was! The groom turned around and was in complete awe of his bride. Then, we had their intimate ceremony where the bride’s parents and sister watched them say their “I Do’s.” The bride’s father even officiated for them, which was really special! Afterwards, the bride’s family went back down to their cars while we continued on the hike with the bride and groom. At the top, we watched the sun set on the horizon, stood in awe of how incredible Rainier is, made a hot Mountain House meal, danced, and celebrated them! We finally hiked back down in the dark… and we may or may not have been scared by a deer in the bushes by the trail.
