Intimate Mount Rainier Airbnb Wedding

Back when Albert and undra reached out to us, it was just Hannah. Adam hadn’t really gotten into videography yet. So, you could say it was B.V.t.E. (Before Venture to Elope). But he wanted to give it a shot, so we offered a short video to Albert and Undra and they accepted. It was one of our first small weddings, and our first Mount Rainier Airbnb wedding.

The couple chose to stay at the Cozy River Cabin in Packwood, Washington. We had another couple stay there in 2021. You can check out their elopement day here! It’s a super cute cabin that has 1 bedroom, but it can sleep 6 guests. The back of the A-frame has beautiful string lights that really set the mood in the evening light. Plus, it’s right on the Cowlitz River, which is great!

The back deck was where our couple chose to have their small wedding ceremony. Melissa (the florist and wedding planner) set up two aisles of folding chairs. Albert and Undra had little gifts that were set out on each of the guest’s chairs, consisting of a warm blanket and a customized ornament. How sweet and thoughtful of them?! We’ve had a few of our couples give their guests gifts and it’s a really awesome way to thank them for coming. Especially when they travel across the United States to be here! Albert and Undra had family drive all the way from Texas to Washington for their elopement!

After their ceremony and sunset portraits, the couple had a reception dinner with yummy winter cocktails! Their family from Texas brought homemade food for everyone to enjoy. Even though our allotted time was up, the couple invited us to stay for dinner with them! We couldn’t pass up a warm, home-cooked meal, so we celebrated with them for a little bit longer. It was the perfect end to their wonderful day!
