In the morning, we arrived at the cabin to begin capturing details. Sharlee and Spencer had the best hiking boots that we already perfectly worn in. They also had the most beautiful winter bouquet, the perfect elopement earrings, and incredibly unique wedding rings! We were so excited to document this non-traditional elopement. Sharlee’s dress was even red, which was awesome!
They both got ready at a local cabin in Packwood called Lake Creek. This cabin gives you all the warm and cozy feels! We definitely recommend checking it out! Anyway, after they both got ready, we helped them plan a little first look in front of the cabin. Capturing first looks is one of our favorite things because it’s so intimate and special. Then, they played guitar and sang on the front porch before their ceremony. That’s something we really love about elopements; you can truly do whatever you want!
We headed to a private riverside spot for their vows and ring exchange. There was snow on the mountains in the background and on the rocks by the river. It was truly a winter wonderland! After their ceremony, we celebrated the heck out of them by chugging some white claws! And then we drove up to White Pass to snowshoe and capture some more portraits. It was a really fun and relaxing day with these two sweet souls.
